Turkey-trained Sudanese healthcare personnel start duty
Personnel trained by Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency return to their country to teach what they learned

Sudanese healthcare personnel trained by Turkey's aid agency went back to their country to begin their services.
A total of 28 people were trained in the event organized by the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) as part of its Emergency Medicine Capacity Increasing Program, according to a statement by TIKA.
The training called Introduction to Disaster and Emergency Interventions took place between Sep. 30 and Oct. 12.
The health personnel returned to the Northeast African nation upon completion of the training to teach what they have learned.
TIKA has so far trained some 159 Sudanese healthcare personnel on emergency training.
