Foreign Minister Cavusoglu due in Slovakia today to take part in 15th annual Bratislava GLOBSEC forum
Turkey’s foreign minister is set to arrive in Slovakia on Wednesday to take part in the 15th annual Bratislava Global Security Forum (GLOBSEC).
Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu will pay a two-day visit to the capital Bratislava, where he will take part in “one-on-one” interview on “Turkey’s Role in Regional and Global Security: Humanitarian and Enterprising Foreign Policy,” said a Foreign Ministry statement.
"He will also hold bilateral meetings with a number of Foreign Ministers, including the hosting Foreign Minister of Slovakia," the statement added.
GLOBSEC is a global think-tank based in Bratislava aiming to enhance “security, prosperity, and sustainability in Europe and throughout the world," according to its website.
Under this year's theme, "Let’s Heal the World Together," GLOBSEC provides a platform for discussions of “what shape the rebuilding of the post-pandemic world could have."
