Los Angeles Lakers defeated Sacramento Kings 121-114 on Sunday evening in the NBA, marking their first victory since Lebron James sat out with a groin injury.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored a season-high 26 points, Josh Hart added 22 as the Lakers closed out the game on a 18-4 run, improving to 21 wins and 16 losses in the season.
Brandon Ingram was also influential in the victory as he scored 21 points, grabbed 7 rebounds and dished out 9 assists.
De’Aaron Fox led Sacramento with 26 points, while Buddy Hield and Bogdan Bogdanovic each scored 21 points in a losing effort.
