Galatasaray to face Porto in Champions League
Istanbul side to face Portugal's club in UEFA Champions League on Tuesday
Istanbul's Galatasaray will play against Portugal's Porto on Tuesday in UEFA Champions League.
The match will kick off at 1755GMT at Galatasaray's Turk Telekom Stadium.
Porto defeated Galatasaray 1-0 in the first match in Portugal on Oct. 3.
So far, Galatasaray have played 276 matches in UEFA competitions, winning 99 games and losing 105.
To date, the UEFA Champions League Cup has proved elusive for Turkish clubs, with the 'Lions' being the only Turkish club to have won the UEFA Cup in 1999-2000 and the 2000 UEFA Super Cup.
Galatasaray's other rivals in Group D are Germany's Schalke 04 and Russia's Lokomotiv Moscow.
Porto are at the top of the group with 13 points followed by Schalke with 8 points, Galatasaray with 4 points and Lokomotiv Moscow with 3 points.
Galatasaray have already lost their chance to advance the last 16 round in UEFA Champions League. If Turkish side would finish the group matches at third place, they will transfer to UEFA Europa League round of 32.
