A digital health conference and exhibition is set to kick off in Turkey's Mediterranean resort city of Antalya on Wednesday.
HIMMS+Eurasia Conference, aims to bring together actors in the health informatics industry of Turkey and other regional countries with international speakers, according to a statement by the Turkish Health Ministry.
At the three-day fair, healthcare executives and information professionals will discuss digital hospital, e-health, intelligent systems and technologies in healthcare, advanced practices in healthcare information, artificial intelligence, and cutting-edge technologies.
The HIMMS+Eurasia conference, which will be held with both in-person and virtual events, will offer the opportunity to follow the latest developments in the health sector and explore future health scenarios.
Companies preparing for the event with digital technology presentations will have the opportunity to exhibit their new products and technologies in the field of health information technologies.
Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca will make the opening speech at the event, where the Aziz Sancar Science, Service and Incentive Awards will be presented to their owners.
The health ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Palestine, Niger and Senegal, deputy health minister of Azerbaijan, and minister of civil affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina are scheduled to attend the conference.
